The school year may be wrapping up but the emotional weight of the last nine months doesn’t disappear overnight. That’s why we created this free downloadable calendar to help you gently transition into summer with a daily dose of self-care that’s realistic, nurturing, and deeply restorative.

Your 30 Days of Summer Self-Care Calendar includes simple, powerful activities like:

✅ 5-minute breathwork and stretching sessions
✅ Creative reflection prompts to help you process the year
✅ Gentle reminders to rest, unplug, and say yes to yourself
✅ Uplifting rituals to reconnect with your joy and energy

Each day features a small yet meaningful action to support your well-being because you deserve care, too. And yes, every square comes with a checkbox (because who doesn’t love the joy of checking things off?).

Hang it on your fridge. Share it with your teacher friends. Or just use it as a quiet reminder: self-care is not selfish.

Download your free calendar today and let this summer be a season of healing, joy, and intentional rest.
