Educator Self-CarePolicyStress Reduction

Right now, educators are facing more uncertainty than ever. From rapidly shifting policies to growing demands in the classroom, it’s a challenging time to be in education.

But one thing remains clear: educators matter. You are the backbone of our society, shaping the future every single day.

Every educator and student deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued at school so you can focus on what truly matters: teaching and learning. But with so much in flux, how can stay informed, prepared, and grounded, while protecting your well-being and future?

Through this workshop, we’ll discuss and explore:

  • What’s changing in federal and state education policy and funding, and what this means for you
  • How to prepare for potential changes and secure your future
  • Evidence-based grounding tools to help you manage anxiety and harness resilience
  • Plus Q&A

This session will equip you with the clarity, confidence, and tools to move forward. Because you matter, and your work is more important than ever.
