Professional Development

Train your educators and staff with powerful research-based strategies and practices to make wellness and social-emotional learning integral to your school and district culture. Our Breathe For Change Lead Trainers will provide your staff with an engaging experience that equips them with tools to enhance educator and student well-being.

Implementation Resources & Coaching

We understand it can be challenging to implement new programs! We’re here to help you and your staff identify strategies to support individual wellness, improve student behavior and outcomes, integrate social-emotional learning, and enhance the well-being of your entire school community.

School Wellness Platform

Our School Wellness Platform includes daily live wellness classes, interactive educator workshops, plug-and-play videos for educators to use in the classroom, and more. It also includes social-emotional learning curriculum that you can share with your classrooms and communities.

Access evidence-based techniques for staff and students, including:

Hundreds of breathing exercises, mindful moments, brain breaks, yoga classes, SEL classes, and relaxations
Developmentally appropriate content by age
For use before, during and after school hours
Includes student wellness library and faculty wellness library

How to Secure Funding for This Program

Your school may be eligible for multiple funding sources to support a Breathe For Change Program if you have ESSER, Title, IDEA, and additional federal as well as non-federal funding.
