EC Instructor
Kai is a being of love and light who uses movement, meditation, mindfulness, and traditional yoga practices to help diverse communities build their breath-mind-body-self awareness practices. He believes Yoga is a spiritual practice with physical benefits that can help us clear stagnant energy from our auric field, chakra channels, mind, and bodies so that we can continue to lead our most present lives. His primary style of yoga is slow or yin yoga, and he’s known to teach a power flow or two. Kai is honored to help guide you through your own personal movement journey.

EC Instructor
Rachel Stetenfeld, guide of Saturday’s Rise and Restore class, has been studying yoga for nearly two decades. Originally, she was looking for a reset before college, but instead she found… the first safe place to be in her body. Since that summer of dedicated practice, Rachel pursued Vinyasa and Bhakti yoga training at Yandara Institute, then traveled throughout India to study classical Hatha Yoga at various ashrams, and has since explored additional study in Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy, Restorative Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin, Breathwork, Meditation, Energy Medicine, and more. She believes in deep self-study and profound humility and curiosity to the varied perspectives on how to teach yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation along with the embodiment of Yoga as a philosophy and way of being.
In her classes, she focuses on the feeling in the body rather than how the pose looks. She sees teaching as a way to encourage students to explore their body and mind with awareness and love, growing their intuition to discover their own needs through pauses for self-reflection. Her emphasis is on guiding accessibility and choices with the physical body, while being mindful of the breath, and creating space to hear your inner self and inner guide. In each of her classes, she hopes you will get to know yourself better, find release, and (something like) peace.
