Dive into a transformative curriculum designed to equip educators with the teaching and leadership skills that matter most in today’s schools and classrooms, including advanced pedagogy, effective facilitation, whole-child education, and social-emotional learning.

This program is made up of three primary modules:

MODULE 1

Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga

  • Facilitate SEL Strategies: Integrate researched-based and CASEL-aligned social-emotional learning practices into your instruction
  • Lead Wellness Workshops: Design and facilitate wellness workshops and professional development for your school, district, or organization
  • Enhance Your Well-Being: Enhance your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being by cultivating a yoga and meditation practice
  • Teach Yoga & Mindfulness: Teach trauma-informed, accessible yoga classes and meditation practices to adults and young people
  • Build Lasting Community: Join a community of educators and leaders using wellness as a vehicle for healing and social change

  • Be Trauma-Informed: Learn to teach using a trauma-informed lens, and integrate trauma-sensitive wellness practices into your instruction.

  • Cultivate Belonging: Grow your emotional intelligence and cultivate a culture of belonging in your community and classroom

About Our Accreditation

Breathe For Change’s Master of Education is currently internationally accredited and issued by Woolf, a global collegiate Higher Education Institution based in Europe whose degrees and credits are recognized in over 50 countries, including the United States.

We’re thrilled to be in the final stages of partnering with a U.S. Regionally Accredited College to offer a Master of Science in Education with access to federal financial aid. The program is being finalized, and will include a review by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
