The terms and conditions below apply to the Breathe For Change 10th Annual Summit, which will take place July 19-20, 2025.
By purchasing a ticket you expressly agree to the following:
Ticket Policies
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets are transferable to another eligible attendee.
- The original ticket purchaser is responsible for coordinating the ticket transfer and paying the ticket transfer fee.
- Ticket transfers must be requested no later than 12 pm PT on Friday, July 11, 2025. Transfer requests must include the name, email, and phone number of the attendee for whom the ticket is being transferred to. Email support@breatheforchange.com for additional information on how to request a ticket transfer.
- A processing fee of $25 per ticket applies to all transfers.
- Transfers are subject to availability and must be for the current year’s summit.
Cancellation and Refunds
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, with the exception of a non-force majeure cancellation by Breathe For Change.
- Breathe For Change shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, Breathe For Change reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements, including rescheduling the event or providing credits for future events, in lieu of refunds.
- In case of non-force majeure event cancellation by Breathe For Change, a refund equal to the amount paid for the ticket will be processed to the original payment method.
Attendance and Access
- Ticket holders are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and all other expenses related to attending the summit.
Changes to Event
- Breathe For Change reserves the right to modify the summit program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice.
Liability
- Attendees participate in the summit at their own risk. Breathe For Change is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
Code of Conduct
- Breathe For Change maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violence, threats, intimidating conduct, and unsolicited commercial activities in all its programs and related functions.
- Prohibited behaviors include harassment, discrimination, intoxication, violence, solicitation, and any actions that disrupt the event or create an unsafe environment.
- Attendees must uphold community norms and maintain a professional, inclusive, and courteous demeanor throughout the summit.
- The organization reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior or policy violations.
- Questions or complaints about policy-related behaviors can be directed to the support team at support@breatheforchange.com.
- Breathe For Change may remove participants from the Summit at its discretion for violating these policies or community norms.
Privacy and Data Protection
- By registering for the summit, attendees consent to the collection and use of their personal information, and use of Breathe For Change’s copyrighted materials in accordance with the Breathe For Change Privacy and Intellectual Property Policy.
