Professionally, I have stepped out of my comfort zone and offered to host workshops to the greater faculty. Last year, I led a retreat with my staff. We completed a 60 minute SEL workshop and 60 minute yoga practice. As the school year began, teachers were interested in continuing a yoga practice after school. We call it Mindful Mondays and practice yoga for 45-60 minutes!”
